We have a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available within the USA. If an item is missing, damaged or you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us at admin@drgirouardmd.com.

Simply return the product with a copy of the receipt and an explanation of what you're not satisfied with within 60 days from the date of purchase for a refund, replacement or exchange.  

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that all returns valued at $500 or more are subject to a 20% processing fee. To start the return process, email admin@drgirouardmd.com. Additional information may be required.
